All original artworks sold by Tai Gallery are unique, one-of-a-kind creations by the artist and carry irreplaceable artistic value. Therefore, all sales are final and no returns or exchanges are accepted.
All artworks are sold “as is.” Collectors are kindly advised to review the condition of the artwork carefully prior to purchase and to inspect the work upon receipt to ensure their rights and satisfaction.
Limited edition prints are artworks produced in limited quantities by the artist.
Returns are not accepted. However, exchanges may be arranged if a defect is confirmed to be non-human-caused.
If your limited edition print meets one of the following conditions, Tai Gallery will offer an exchange upon verification:
Damage incurred during shipping (e.g., artwork damage or broken frame)
Please provide a full unboxing video for assessment.
Incorrect item received
(The delivered item does not match the order details)
Exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
Subjective differences (e.g., color variation, style preference, or size expectations)
Items that have been unwrapped, displayed, hung, or show signs of use
Missing or incomplete certificates, accessories, or original packaging
Customized items (e.g., specific sizes, commissioned reproductions, special framing)

If the request meets the exchange criteria, only a replacement of the same item will be provided. No substitutions or monetary compensation will be offered.
Please retain the certificate of authenticity, original packaging, and all accessories, as these are required for any exchange.
Tai Gallery reserves the right to decline further transactions or services in cases of repeated unreasonable requests, refusal of delivery, or damage caused by the customer.
